REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

Although we hope you LOVE your purchase with Nostalchicks we do know that online ordering can be a bit tricky and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase and we will do everything we can to work with you.

We do thoroughly inspect all pieces when they arrive to us and before they get shipped out to our customers to ensure there are no damages or defects however we understand that things can happen.

In this case please send us an email with documented photos within 5 days of receiving your order to hello@nostalchicks.com and we will be sure to assist you!

Online orders are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY and must be returned within 14 days of being received. After this time period your order would NOT be eligible for return. 

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless there is a defect with a product or a mistake was done by us. 

Jewelry and Sale items are final sale and will not be eligible for store credit.

Items must be in their perfect condition in order to be returned. 
Items that WILL not be accepted:
- WORN ITEMS
- ITEMS WITH DOG HAIR
- ITEMS THAT SMELL LIKE PERFUME
- ITEMS WITH DEODORANT STAINS
- ITEMS WITH CIGARETTE SMELLS
- ITEMS WITH MAKEUP ON IT
- ITEMS WITH ANY OTHER KIND OF SMELLS OR STAINS
ITEMS WITH RIPS OR TEARS

We will not refund for any color altering due to the internet or web browser distortion.
