With this update your package may be split up between different shipments and you’ll be notified for each shipment.

Please give orders about 2-3 days to process and 3-5 business days to ship.

Any inventory we have on hand will be shipped immediately within 2 days.

It is the buyers responsibility to enter the accurate shipping information when ordering. We are not responsible for any packages being sent back to us or needing to be changed after it's shipped. Buyer will be charged if a 2nd shipping charge needs to happen.

We are NOT responsible for packages lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address. You will need to file a claim with the post office if this is the case.

Although we hope you LOVE your purchase with Nostalchicks we do know that online ordering can be a bit tricky and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase and we will do everything we can to work with you.

We do thoroughly inspect all pieces when they arrive to us and before they get shipped out to our customers to ensure there are no damages or defects however we understand that things can happen.

In this case please send us an email with documented photos within 5 days of receiving your order to info@nostalchicks.com and we will be sure to assist you!

Online orders are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY and must be returned within 14 days of being received. After this time period your order would NOT be eligible for return.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless there is a defect with a product or a mistake was done by us. Shipping costs are non refundable.
