How did you get started creating?

I started a few years after I started dressing in 80s clothes. I decided after highschool to begin a tiktok and instagram and never would have expected it to blow up the way it did

What is it about the 80s for you?

The music and movies!!!! Such amazing nostalgia

Earliest memory of liking something 80’s?

Listening to Total Eclipse Of The Heart when I was around 6 years old

What are some funny stories you get when you are filming content in the malls or places like that?

Some people like to photobomb my videos haha. I also get a lot of people asking what I am doing and I have to explain to them what I do. It’s sometimes awkward for me to film in public.

Prettiest retro interiors you’ve seen as you’ve gone places

Definitely dead malls. I love the original architecture and all the neon and fountains

People assume I make money on all my videos, which is far from the truth. I only make money when it’s a sponsored video. I have 3 other jobs outside of social media plus I am a full time college student

I definitely think the curly hair will come back as well as the pastel outfits

I have had so many amazing opportunities, but probably being on a couple Australian news channels is probably one of the highlights

You’ve met a lot of celebs – any fun stories?

When I met Samantha Fox at a convention with one of my best friends, she told us that we could stay for as long as we wanted and she would come up to talk with us whenever she had free time. She was so kind and sweet. When I met Matthew Labyorteaux, he thought I looked up things on IMDB before the meeting… nope, I’m just a massive fan who’s read way too many magazines and seen all of his movies and shows.

Where do you hope to be with this journey in 5 years?

I would hope to be doing social media full time or do something in the 80s realm.

Speedos!!!! Like ew no!
